Phuket Thailand Travel Tips & Facts

Phuket Thailand Travel Tips & Facts

Phuket Thailand is a nice place were you can let yourself relax and have fun in the sea the people are friendly but only some can really speak in English + they don't have tour guides they will only pick you up so its more like a backpacker trip for me. and going to the Island I would recommend motor boat to get in the Island since its much faster while I would recommend the cruise if you want to take your time getting to the Island and wish to tan on the roof deck. I would not recommend buying some souvenirs in the island because there much more expensive than on downtown itself also don't bring to much stuff unless your going to stay overnight in the Island. Just bring some extra clothes for swimming and some of the equipment for scuba diving, snorkeling are already available there.

 Nase Goreng

::  This is my 1st Time Fish Spa and it really tingles so excuse my feet for being like that but after that it really felt good my foot is clean and its not that expensive try it once and you will also fall in love with it ::

Phuket Thailand Phi Phi Island or even on just the mainland there is many street kittens unlike in the Philippines you would see dogs more than cats

Thailand Fresh Buko Juice is quite different its sweet rather than just refreshing so I recommend to buy one specially after swimming in the sea

St. Ives Intensive Healing Body Lotion

St. Ives Intensive Healing Body Lotion

Cranberry Seed & Grape Sees Oil Clinically Proven to lock in moisture for 24hrs

You may be wondering why did I choose the Intensive Healing while there are others different types, well its because I have a lot of allergies and I thought it says Intensive Healing so it may also help me to heal some wounds from scratching and it actually worked after 2 weeks of use I can tell that the wounds from scratches are healing  and just like what it says on the packaging it does make your skin moisturize but I would not say 24 hrs and I would definitely recommend it when its Autumn and Spring just because I don't think that it would give you enough moisture on your skin since its a light weight lotion and would be better use on #Spring & #Summer.

It is also formulated without Parabens or Phthalates
It Does not Contain Animal Ingredients
Contains 100% Natural Moisturizers (vegetable glycerin and soy bean oil)

Product Empties #1 2014

Product Empties #1 2014

:: Hello ^_^ I have emptied 7 products all in all, I know that mostly this kind of post is done in Youtube but I decided to just post about it and improve on blogs first before I venture out on Youtube::
This 2 lotions are great when its not too cold and not hot both are not sticky but gives just the right amount of moisture on my skin and both do have smell so if your sensitive about it I would not recommend it to you. i Finished this within 2 months.

I love this Toner its gentle and cleans well but I would not repurchase it again because I have tried much more good toner! but it lasted me 4 months.

I would be doing a review on this one but I super love it! after 3 months of use there are really some improvements on my skin and its perfect for those who are oily skin.

I know that the trend now is that not using scrubs that can harm your skin but  still Love St.Ives for exfoliating and have used it for 4 months. and on the left side I love Nature Republic Morocco Ghassoul foam cleanser because its organic and helps remove the remains of my makeup I have used it for 3 months. both this product are good and I would repurchase them again and again.

Alcohol in our House is like water we always run out of it and it lasts 3 weeks to 1 month

Thanks for reading ^_^

Why Sunscreen/Sunblock is so Important?

Why Sunscreen/Sunblock is so Important?

:: Hello there Have you ever  thought why is Sunscreen/Sunblock is so Important? here is why, Repeated sun exposure accelerates the skin aging process and increases the risk of developing skin cancer, which affects over a million people in the United States every year.  Approximately 80% of skin aging is extrinsic, meaning that it is caused by external, environmental factors.  Of that 80%, 80%-90% is from unprotected sun exposure alone.  Clinical studies have documented SPF 29 or greater significantly reduces the development of premalignant keratoses, incidence of skin cancers and other photosensitive conditions.  ::

::From Alternatives Skincare Newsletter Summer 2009::

Now Here are some of the are several Smart Reasons to Use Sunscreen, and they include:

• Avoiding Sunburn – Everyone knows that sunburn hurts. You might not know how debilitating sunburn is until you have one, but the temporary affects you feel and see usually have consequences that linger into the future. Sunburn is strongly connected with serious types of skin cancer, and it also increases a person’s risk for melanoma. Children are at a higher risk of being sunburned, and taking care of their skin at a young age will lessen the risk of skin cancer in the future.
• Maintaining Youthful Appearance – Besides the health benefits we see with sunscreen, there’s a vanity reason to rub it all over your skin. The sun damages our skin causing wrinkles, age spots and premature aging. If the risk of skin cancer doesn't convince you to use sunscreen, maybe the ability of it keeping you looking younger will. Additionally, many cosmetic companies today produce sunscreen built-in to their cosmetics so that you take care of two issues at one time!
• Help With Prescriptions – Some of the medications we take make our skin extremely sensitive to the sun’s UV rays. This makes allergic reactions and sunburn more likely to happen. When you buy sunscreen, check with your doctor or pharmacist about any medications you are taking so that you make the best decision possible.
Everyone should be wearing sunscreen. Even though some people are at a higher risk of developing cancer because of their genetics, any ethnicity can get skin cancer. People with darker complexions think that the additional melanin keeps their skin protected from skin cancer, but this is not true.
Whether young or old, sunscreen benefits every single person. The next time you hear someone complaining about being smothered from top to bottom with sunscreen, you can explain the benefits.
A few quick tips to keep in mind:
  • When the sun is brightest, between 11:00 – 3:00, try spending more time in the shade.
  • Always wear a t-shirt, sunglasses and hat when out in the sun.
  • Use a sunscreen with at least a SPF15 (and higher is better), along with a good UVA protection.
Stay safe and play safe in the sun by using a good sunscreen product.

:: I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL FOR YOU GUYS::
